), Houston, Texas, announce the creation of PipelineCentral.com, a neutral, unbiased Internet marketplace for the exchange of goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services. Consumption of goods and services is assumed to produce utility (unless the "good" is a "bad"). It is often used when referring to a Goods and Services Tax.  between the pipeline industry and its suppliers. TTI, PRCI, participating operating pipeline companies, pipeline equipment and service suppliers, and other equity partners will establish PipelineCentral.com as an independent company to run the exchange. Initial ownership will be PRCI, TTI and the founding companies.
