Making it a girls' night out at the 26th annual Juno Awards in Hamilton, Dion also shared the first international achievement award with fellow Canadian music stars Alanis Morissette and Shania Twain.

For their part, Ottawa-native Morissette earned trophies for single of the year and songwriter of the year, while Shania Twain picked up the Juno for country female vocalist.

In the increasingly important rap category, Choclair captured the Juno for best rap recording. Vancouver rocker Bryan Adams earned male vocalist of the year honors, while the Montreal Symphony Orchestra Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal (OSM) (Montreal Symphony Orchestra) is a symphony orchestra based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with Montreal's Place des Arts as its home.
