A VSP according to Portera is a company that delivers a comprehensive mix of business software and outsourcing services to customers in a particular industry.

ITT Industries, Defense, a leading provider of tactical mobile communications, electronic warfare and aerospace solutions, will use Portera's DCAA-compliant JAMIS solution to manage job-costing, job billing and labor distribution in its defense business. These modules will be used in conjunction with their already-implemented Infinium Financials for back-office processing. The agreement also includes use of JAMIS e-timecard - (Portera's Web-based, DCAA-compliant time entry solution) for up to 8,800 ITT employees.
