Byline: Joe Stevens Staff Writer

The Clippers' reasons for losing 10 of their past 11 games keep mounting. On Thursday night, there were many reasons, but the big one was simple - the Washington Wizards made their 3-pointers, and the Clippers' shooting was ugly.

The Clippers tied a season high by allowing 11 3-pointers as they lost a sixth consecutive game with a 103-94 loss to the Wizards in front of 15,293 at Staples Center This articlearticle or section has multiple issues:

By shooting 37.8 percent from the field, the Clippers lost for the 14th time in their past 16 games.

After the Clippers trailed by two points, Wizards reserve Steve Blake Steven Hanson Blake (born February 26, 1980 in Hollywood, Florida) is an American professional basketball player at the point guard position. After the opening minutes, the Clippers never led.

Corey Maggette scored 25 points, and Elton Brand had 18 points and eight rebounds for the Clippers.
