This is Smith's second arrest for the same crime, the April 25 slaying of 39-year-old Denna Moody, who was pregnant with her sixth child when found burned to death in Panorama City. Banks claimed that Smith told her the conversation between Moody and him ended that night when Moody ``got upset and she drove off . . . and the next thing you know she is missing.
