POLARIS NAMES GRUNEWALD EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT FOR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION

 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Polaris Industries L.P. (AMEX: SNO) announced today that John (Jack) Grunewald has joined the company as executive vice president for finance and administration.
 Polaris Chief Executive Officer Hall Wendel said Grunewald will be responsible for all finance and administrative functions for the Minneapolis-based manufacturer of recreational and utility vehicles. Grunewald previously was executive vice president, chief financial officer and secretary of Roseville, Minn.-based Pentair, Inc., where he was active in acquisitions.
 Wendel said Grunewald will focus on strategic growth opportunities for Polaris through the expansion of existing product lines and also through acquisitions.
