: PNVN) new Technology Road Show truck was unveiled at the NATSO NATSO National Association of Truck Stop Operators (professional association of travel plaza and truckstop industry)  Convention and Exposition today. This state-of-the-art computer lab and learning exhibit on wheels is designed to introduce truck drivers everywhere to the latest driver-related technologies on the market today.

The primary goal of the truck's two-year Technology Road Show will be to educate long-haul truck drivers about how the Internet can enhance their business as well as increase their information, communication and entertainment options. A professional truck driver, along with a team of trainers, will take the tour truck from state to state. The truck will be set up for two to three days at a time at PNV-equipped truckstops and trucking industry events across the country.

The top-of-the-line, Internet-ready truck pulls a 53-foot, custom-built trailer, which includes a classroom equipped with eight laptop computers as well as three PNV Internet kiosks. The Technology Road Show is being sponsored in part by Showtime, ZDTV ZDTV Ziff Davis Television , Thermo King, Cummins Engine, CAT Scales and Chevron. In addition, several trucking fleets have sponsored a driver recruitment station within the trailer including Covenant Transport, Arnold Transportation Services, Jevic Transportation and U.S. Xpress.

Drivers will have the opportunity to sign up for half-hour customized curriculum sessions, geared to their individual level of Internet knowledge. Cameras, which have been supplied by ZDTV and are installed in all PNV Internet kiosks, will be available in the classroom for interactive training.

After the sessions, drivers will be able to tour the sponsor booths, trailer and truck, which will feature the latest technologies available to drivers. They will then be given an email I.D. and will use the Internet kiosks to receive their training certificates via PNV's Internet service.
