GAMERS' GOOFS: Makers of multimedia computer programs are trying to fight a high rate of returned products by making sure consumers know more about their computer systems. Many of the people returning products didn't realize their computers weren't powerful enough to run the CD-ROMs they purchased, said Philip Dodds, president of the Interactive Multimedia Association.
