PLEA BARGAIN IN RAINES CASE.

Newton, a football quarterback, is serving four years for involuntary manslaughter and assault. Woods, a football defensive back and track standout, is free after serving one year for assaulting Walker. He played football for Fresno City College Fresno City College (or FCC) is a city college in Fresno, California. Established in 1910, it was the first community college in California and the second in the nation.  this past season.
