PLACERITA TRAIL OPEN; EXTENDS TO CREEKVIEW PARK.

NEWHALL - A new piece of Santa Clarita's trail system opened Friday, a dirt path in Placerita Canyon.

The city celebrated by cutting a ribbon to open the mile-long trail that starts at Meadview Avenue near The Master's College History
The Master's College was founded as Los Angeles Baptist Theological Seminary on May 25, 1927 to meet the need for a fundamental Baptist school on the West Coast.
, runs along Placerita Canyon Road and extends over a ridge to Creekview Park in Newhall.

Eventually the Placerita Canyon Trail will link to the South Fork South Fork may refer to:

 Trail, a key leg of the citywide trail network, most of which follows the city's dry river beds. Plans also call for extending the trail to Hart Park.
