PITTSBURGH PRESS COMPANY TO EXPAND ALLEGHENY BULLETIN
 SCHEDULE TO FOUR PER WEEK
PITTSBURGH, June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pittsburgh Press Company today announced it is expanding publication of the Allegheny Bulletin to four times a week beginning Wednesday, June 3.
The schedule includes two full-feature news and advertising supplements and two smaller editions, one containing condensed news, sports, and business and the other a detailed weekly television programming guide. Both condensed versions sill include advertising inserts.
Because the supplements are being mailed, the specific day each supplement is received will vary. The Allegheny Bulletin is a news and advertising supplement being mailed to households throughout Allegheny County by the Pittsburgh Press Company during the strike called by Teamsters Local No. 211.
The publication is produced for readers and advertisers of the Pittsburgh Press and Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
According to Pittsburgh Press Company spokesman Randall P. Notter, advertiser and reader response to the first issue was very encouraging. "As a result of reader interest, we are making a limited number of copies available in the main lobby of the Pittsburgh Press Company building beginning this Friday," he said.
