PHYSICIANFINDERS, INC. WILL FILE WITH THE SEC FOR AN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

-- Company To Offer Full Range
of Services and Products to the Health Care Industry --
HARTSDALE, N.Y., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- PhysicianFinders, Inc. (PFI), a start up company, has completed a private placement which enabled the company to identify, with the assistance of its medical and professional Advisory Board which includes more than 20 physicians, areas in the health care industry which are in continuous need of and will benefit by particular services and products. All of these services and products have been selected and designed to save money and/or provide additional sources of revenue to physicians and medical institutions.
According to Vincent A. Gorman, Jr., vice president and chief operating officer, PFI -- although technically a start up -- has concluded contractual arrangements with several established companies to provide many of the services and products which the firm intends to offer. These services include the financing of accounts receivables through long term credit lines; medical personnel services; software programs; telecommunications services; fund raising; insurance and comprehensive financial services.
"I think," said Mr. Gorman, "the low cost institutional medical accounts receivable purchasing program which is now being offered through PhysiciansFinders is the most competitive program in the U.S. Even more important is that this program will function as a marketing tool -- enticing clients to participate in other PFI services. "When we offer our receivables program to a hospital or nursing home they will be selling us -- and not vice-versa. From that point, our other services become easy additions."
PhysicianFinders is a single source vehicle of finding services and products for physicians and medical institutions. The company, according to Mr. Gorman, is dedicated to offering physicians and medical institutions the ability to access primary services and products by making one phone call. PFI is continuing the process of adding to its menu of services and products and anticipates related announcements on a regular basis.
"The U.S. healthcare system is on the threshold of a revolution which will compel physicians, medical institutions and companies to reassess their delivery systems, administrative procedures and financial practices to a degree never imagined. We intend to be at the cutting edge of this momentous change, and the timing of our IPO couldn't be more propitious," added Gorman.
