PHYCOR ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF TRANSACTION WITH HARBIN CLINIC.


NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 1996--PhyCor, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM:PHYC) today announced that it has completed its acquisition of certain assets of Harbin Clinic The Harbin Clinic is the largest privately-owned medical clinic in Northwest Georgia. Established by Drs. W.P. and R.M. Harbin in 1948 in Rome, Georgia, it now has satellite offices in 20 cities and communities throughout the area.[1] References and notes
