On top of his work with the Boys & Girls Club, Ott was a member of the board of the Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital Health Foundation, where he contributed generously to the foundation's programs. Recently, Ott donated granite from his store to some of the hospital's building projects. ``He was an exceptionally nice man, charming sweet man,'' said Allan Cameron, a friend of Ott's. Ott is survived by his wife, Anna, and their daughter Deana Ott, who also lives in Valencia. Services for Ott had not yet been planned. |
