PHH tries team approach

In a move to provide further support to its national network of real estate brokers, inspectors and the appraiser panel, PHH Network Services has established teams of specialists, each serving one of its four geographic regions nationwide.

"Each team has direct responsibility in its region for broker and appraiser recruitment, inventory inspections, network training and coordination," said Bruce Wallin, vice president and general manager of the PHH operating unit.

He added that currently there are more than 250 PHH Homequity Relocation Centers comprising its broker network, with over 1,500 offices employing some 36,000 salespersons.

Responsibility for the operations of the four newly formed teams are divided between Betty White, named as director of operations of the Eastern and Central Regions, and Neal Wright as director of operations for the Southern and Western Regions.
