that confirmed findings from an earlier candidate gene-based case-control study. These data will be presented in a poster session to be held Friday, March 30. Both the initial study and the replication analysis evaluated the significance of genetic associations with risk of developing CIA. Positive results from the first study, presented at ICOSR in 2005, identified genetic variations associated with susceptibility to CIA. These latest data will describe the replication of a genetic association with risk for CIA in a second, independent cohort of patients.

PGxHealth's PGxPredict[TM]:CLOZAPINE test, launched in early 2007, is based on this research. This is a pharmacogenetic test that classifies patients as being at "Lower Risk" or "Higher Risk" for developing CIA compared to the general (untested) population. The PGxPredict:CLOZAPINE test is intended for practitioner use as an adjunct to existing clinical information to aid in determining the risk of developing CIA and better assessing the risk-benefit ratio of treatment with clozapine.

Separately, the Company notes that it will participate in the upcoming meeting of the Society of Biological Psychiatry, to be held May 17-19, 2007, where the PGxHealth team will further discuss their research. In addition, the PGxHealth team will also participate at the American Psychiatric Association The American Psychiatric Association (APA) is the main professional organization of psychiatrists and trainee psychiatrists in the United States, and the most influential world-wide. Both meetings will be held in San Diego.

Its under-utilization is directly driven by CIA, a serious -- though rare -- side effect of clozapine. Clozapine's efficacy paired with its lower cost as a generic compared to branded antipsychotics makes it an optimal treatment choice. We feel that we can add to its value with PGxPredict:CLOZAPINE."
