PFSweb Responds to Services Business Growth, Increasing Call Center Capacity by over 50% at U.S. Facilities.

), announced today it has expanded the customer call center capacity at its Plano, Texas, and Memphis, Tenn., facilities by approximately 170 seats in order to meet the continued demand for North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  based customer services by companies worldwide.

The Plano call center, located at PFSweb's headquarters, has added approximately 120 seats to its existing customer care facility. PFSweb's Plano call center now has the ability to house approximately 400 customer care professionals and occupies over 40,000 square feet. In addition, the Memphis call center has expanded its capacity by 50 seats, bringing the total number of usable production seats to approximately 80.

Mike Willoughby, President of PFSweb Services Division, stated, "Our Services Business continues to experience high demand for its offerings, which includes customer care services. The expansion of our Plano and Memphis facilities, along with the recent expansion of our Canadian facility, has allowed us to respond to increased demand from growth in current client contracts as well as new contracts signed in 2006. We are also prepared to handle anticipated near-term growth in our current client contracts while affording the ability to sign and implement additional contracts."
