The Cristofori Consort will perform a program of chamber music by Carl Phillip Emmanuel Bach on Friday. The ensemble consists of Edwin Good, fortepiano; Rachel Streeter, baroque flute; Margret Gries, baroque violin; and Gabrielle Arness, baroque cello. Included in this program are three of Carl Phillip Emmanuel Bach's trio sonatas of entirely different character, as well as his B-flat Major Flute Ssonata and his Keyboard Sonata in A Minor. The ensemble Conspirito will perform a program of Baroque trio and quartet sonatas on Sunday afternoon. The ensemble is made up of members of the Jefferson Baroque Orchestra. The Motet Singers plan Springfield concert Sunday The Motet Singers, a women's a cappella ensemble of 12 voices, will present "All Over the Map" - choral music from around the world celebrating spring, nature, creation and love - at 5 p.m. Sunday at Ebbert Memorial Methodist Church, 523 C St., Springfield. Admission is $7 general, $5 for seniors, at the door. Children get in free. The singers will offer their signature mix of songs from the 15th century to the present: sacred motets of England, Germany and Lithuania; madrigals of England, Italy and the United States; folk music of Brazil, Canada, Ireland, Kenya and Spain; and American popular songs. Several numbers are arranged by the Motet Singers' Audrey Snyder, a composer with the Hal Leonard Company. Some pieces also will feature Celtic harp by Noah Brenner and hammer dulcimer dulcimer (dŭl`sĭmər), stringed musical instrument.
