PEREGRINE SYSTEMS, CRITICAL PATH INTRO INTEGRATED FACILITIES RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SOLUTION.

Peregrine Systems Inc., a leading provider of Infrastructure Management software and e-Infrastructure solutions, and Critical Path, a provider of business-to-business Internet messaging and collaboration solutions, have formed a partnership to deliver an integrated solution that allows customers to leverage the Internet to better manage their facilities. The companies have integrated Peregrine's facilities management suite, FacilityCenter with Reserve, the Web-based, shared asset management solution from Critical Path.

Using the integrated solution, a shared resource such as a conference room tracked in the FacilityCenter database, can be scheduled via the web with Critical Path's Reserve from anywhere at anytime. Reporting capabilities of the combined solution will allow customers to analyze asset utilization for informed decisions on future expenditures.
