Diane Albergo has been promoted to Director of Career Services and Human Resources. A six-year veteran of FEI, Diane has introduced numerous innovative career services offerings and, as Recruiting Manager, has provided a stablizing influence on the organization. She will assume the added responsibility for overseeing benefits administration.

Christine DiFabio joined FEI as Director of Technical Activities, reporting to Vice President Dean Krogman in Morristown. She is a CPA and most recently a financial manager with AT&T Corp.

Cheryl de Mesa Graziano, CPA, joined the FEI Research Foundation as a researcher. A Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) alumna, she's a financial executive with public and private experience, along with a master's degree in journalism. Cheryl has worked with CNBC, Perseus Books and most recently as CFO of Bi-Logix Inc.

Bill Madden, CPA, joined the FEI Research Foundation team as a researcher. Most recently with Lucent Technologies Inc., Bill has experience in a variety of financial areas and positions, including accounting policy and assistant controller, and has also been a management consultant.

Sarah Parker joined FEI-DC as Office Administrator, working directly with Senior Vice President Grace Hinchman. Sarah's experience includes project management support to the Industry Services Department of the Air Transport Association of America (ATAA).

Lorna Raagas joined the FEI Research Foundation team as Manager of Financial Services. With several years of corporate experience, most recently at Nabisco, Lorna will be responsible for all of the foundation's financial functions, and she'll also assist with financial projects.

Bill Sinnett moves from his current project management position with the FEI Research Foundation to take responsibility for growing "Ask an FEI Researcher" to a state-of-the-art, immediate, interactive information source.

Bentivegna (Long Island Chapter) has been named CFO of Allied Devices Corp., Hicksville, N.Y., a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-precision mechanical assemblies and components used in industrial and commercial equipment that provide precision motion control in applicable equipment.

Donald Cox joined ORIX Financial Services, Inc., (OFS) Secaucus, N.J., as EVP and CFO. OFS has four business groups that offer a broad range of products and services to a wide variety of industries.

Richard Hinckley was named CFO of Gladwyne Software Surety, King of Prussia, Pa., providing objective risk management services for insuring IT investments. Gladwyne is an FEI associate strategic partner.

Brian M. Kawamoto (Connecticut/Westchester Chapter) was appointed EVP and managing director of Lockton Cos. Inc., Kansas City, Mo., a firm that specializes in insurance, surety, risk management and employee benefits solutions for business.

Thomas A. Madden (Detroit Chapter) was hired as CFO and EVP of Ingram Micro Inc., Santa Ana, Calif., a wholesale distributor of computers and related products.

Sara Mathew was hired as CFO and SVP of Dun & Bradstreet Corp., the Murray Hill, NJ.-based business-information and technology company.

Matthew M. McKenna (Connecticut/Westchester Chapter) was promoted to SVP of Finance of PepsiCo, Inc., Purchase, N.Y., to manage global tax and elements of the integration plan with The Quaker Oats Co.

John T. Mills (Houston Chapter) will assume the role of CFO for spin-off Marathon Oil Co., Houston, once it finishes its reorganization following separation from USX Corp.

Julie Monaco was appointed SVP, to head Global Trade and Information Management business for global financial services firm J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., New York.

Bennett Nussbaum was named CFO of Diageo PLC's Burger King Corp. unit in Miami to assist with its separation from Diageo, the London food and drink concern.

Karen R. Osar (New York City Chapter) was named to the board of AGL Resources Inc. Osar is SVP and CFO of Westvaco Corp., N.Y., a maker of packaging paper and specialty chemicals.

Martyn R. Redgrave (Twin Cities Chapter) was elected to the board of Deluxe Corp., St. Paul, Minn., a provider of checks and business forms. He is EVP of Finance and CFO of Carlson Cos., a Minneapolis-based hotel and travel concern.

Michael A. Sperduto (New Jersey Chapter) was promoted to VP and CFO of Engel hard Corp., Iselin, NJ., a surface and materials science developer of technologies for environmental, process, appearance and performance applications.

Robert Suttie was appointed EVP, Finance and CFO for GES Exposition Services, Inc., Las Vegas, a global exhibition and event services firm and subsidiary of Viad Corp.
