Kristin Wilder

As chief operating officer of one of the largest international financial services companies in the nation, Jay S. Wintrob has been a key player at SunAmerica Inc.

"We are looking to move from 9,000 representatives to 15,000 representatives by the year 2003," he said. "That will involve recruitment and enhancing our technology."
