PEOPLE ON THE MOVE.

IT services provider CACI International Inc. of Arlington, Va., named Cassandra Peterson Vice President of Telecommunications Technology for its rapidly evolving Web, e-Commerce, and Enterprise Systems operating group head by Mark Bloom. A former manager at QUALCOMM Inc., Pacific Bell, and Southwest Bell, Peterson brings to CACI more than 20 years of experience in telecom and marketing.

Dallas-based Davis Software appointed Stephen Lynn President and CEO. Lynn was formerly CEO of IEX, a call center and telecom software company located in Richardson, Tex. Davis Software specializes in design, implementation and installation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.

FutureNext, a privately-held e-business and supply chain consulting firm located in McLean, Va., named Bill Sheleg Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO). Sheleg joined FutureNext in January as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that he served in senior management positions with James Martin & Co., including directing the company's New York City offices.

Net Value Holdings Inc., a San Francisco-based firm which nurtures development stage e-commerce businesses, appointed John Brine Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Brine joins Net Value Holdings from CNBC Television where he was manager of Media Relations.

ReleaseNow.com, a San Carlos, Calif., provider of outsourced e-commerce solutions for software publishers and online retailers, appointed Frank Maylett Vice President of Sales, Calisa Cole Vice President of Marketing Services, and Scott Howard Vice President of Human Resources. Maylett was formerly a Business Unit executive at IBM. Cole joined ReleaseNow.com from Infinity, a SunGard Co., where she was head of worldwide marketing programs. Howard has held positions at 3Com, Sun Microsystems and Hewlett-Packard.

InvoiceLink Corp. named Bob Mague Vice President of Sales. Before joining InvoiceLink, Mague was vice president of Alliances for Paragon Management Systems in Los Angeles. InvoiceLink, based in Greensboro, N.C., specializes in application software for the e-commerce and customer communications markets.
