Sabre of Ft. Worth, Tex., named Carol Kelly Chief Information Officer, responsible for all internal Sabre business systems including finance, revenue, accounting and client billing. Former CIO Terrell Jones becomes CEO of the new Travelocity.com announced by Sabre earlier this month. Sabre provides IT services to the travel and transportation industries with 10,000 employees in 45 countries.

Arlington, Va.-based IT services provider CACI International Inc. promoted William Curry to Vice President of the company's Electronic Commerce Division. Curry is a 15-year CACI veteran.

Informatica Corp., a Palo Alto, Calif., provider of software for powering e-business and enterprise analytic applications, appointed Steve Gary Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development. Prior to joining Informatica, Gary was vice president in charge of sales, marketing and business development at PlanetWeb.

Indianapolis-based Interactive Intelligence Inc. has just hired its first CFO. Michael Tavlin, formerly a vice president at Aliant Communications Inc., played a major role in the company's recent initial public offering, and will function as a primary contact for investor relations. Interactive's flagship product, Enterprise Interaction Center (EIC), is an "all-in-one" Windows NT-based communications server that replaces proprietary communication devices.

Workscape Inc., a Reston, Va., provider of Internet-based HR Self- Service systems to large employers, named Susanne Bowen Executive Vice President, Sales and Service. Bowen was formerly senior vice president at ENTEX Information Services Inc.

Pittsburgh-based Mastech Corp. appointed Mark Walztoni Vice President of Human Resources. Walztoni most recently was vice president of Corporate Development for MicroStrategy Inc. Mastech provides IT services including eBusiness solutions, enterprise solutions implementation, and applications development.
