Brayton Fisher has joined TotalAxcess.com, as Vice President of Business Development. Fisher is responsible for product management, implementation and support for TXCI's new products, reporting directly to Mark Wagner, Chief Operating Officer. Fisher will also be responsible for business and technical evaluation of alliance partners, technical marketing, documentation and procedural guidelines. Fisher came to TXCI from Magellan Network Systems Inc., which he co-founded in 1994.

Dave Howell, Founder and CEO of Alexandria Digital Literature, a Seattle-based e-commerce company, announce appointment of e- commerce pioneer, Ted M. Treanor, as company President.

Edward Adler has been named Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for Time Warner Inc., it was announced by Time Warner Chairman and CEO Gerald M. Levin and Time Warner President Richard D. Parsons. Adler has been vice president of corporate communications for Time Warner Inc. since September 1997 and serves as the company's chief spokesperson.

The first major sales push of Dr. Bean; a revolutionary e- Customer Resource Management program by Sideware Systems Inc. of Herndon, Va. And parent company of Sideware Corp., will be managed by Scott W. Friedlander, formerly a high-ranking executive with Xerox. Friedlander will take over his new role as Executive Vice President and General Manager of North American Operations. Friedlander was Xerox's youngest executive. He was with Xerox for 18-years and a sales and marketing management veteran of the company.

Scenix of Mountain View, Calif. Announced that it has named Dr. Walter Y. Chen to the newly created position of Chief Scientist. A recognized expert in broadband and telephone line-based communication systems Chen has more than 17 years of experience in R&D activities at AT&T Bell Labs, NYNEX, Bellcore, Texas Instruments and Motorola. Chen will be responsible for defining and developing future generations of the company's high- performance controllers, which will be further optimized for communications, networking and Internet connectivity applications.

Mark Adams, CEO of IntraLinks Inc. announced that James P. Dougherty, an experienced technology and Internet innovator, has joined IntraLinks as President and COO. His 20-year career includes top executive positions at software and Internet firms and line management experience in finance, business planning, sales, marketing and product development. Dougherty was executive vice president and general manager of the Prodigy Business Solutions Group of Prodigy Communications Corp.

Nanopierce Card Technologies GmbH, Germany, the recently announced wholly owned subsidiary of Nanopierce Technologies Inc. announced the expansion of its "core" technology team under the leadership of Dr. Michael E. Wernle, president and chief executive officer of Nanopierce Card Technologies, to include Michael Kober and Heinz Kuhn. Kober while employed at Philips Semiconductor, was responsible for the outsourced production of RFID components, smart cards and industrial smart labels. Kuhn has more than 20 years of experience in the development of software programs.

Minneapolis-based Imaginet LLC - a full-service e-Business consulting, engineering and design company - has named Amy J. Kimlinger as Technical Services Manager. Kimlinger was a systems architect for the West Group where she served as a technical project leader of the company's flagship Internet research service.

LookSmart, a global leader in Internet search and navigation infrastructure, announced that Berkeley Belknap, former portfolio manager and research analyst for investment advisory firm, Trainer Wortham, has joined the company's management team as Director of Strategic Communications. Boston-based CCBN.com, one of the leading providers of Internet- based shareholder communications services, announced the appointment of Roland Beaulieu to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining CCBN.com, Beaulieu served as CEO of Thomson Financial Services' Trading Services Group, where he oversaw the growth and strategic direction of Thomson's trading services companies.

SAVVIS Communications Corp., a global internetworking solutions provider, announced that Jack Finlayson has been named President and COO. Finlayson joins SAVVIS from his role as senior VP of Global Crossing Holdings and president of Global Crossing International Ltd.

AMD announced the appointment of former Motorola executive Hector de J. Ruiz, PhD, as President and Chief Operating Officer. Immediately prior to joining AMD, Ruiz served as president of Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector (SPS).
