BAKER DUCEY PROMOTED: Susan Baker Ducey has been promoted to a newly created position of business planning and community development at Daniel Freeman Hospitals in Inglewood.

At her new position, the Studio City resident will oversee strategic business planning, marketing and corporate communications Corporate communications is the process of facilitating information and knowledge exchanges with internal and key external groups and individuals that have a direct relationship with an enterprise. . McGUIRE JOINS COMPANY: Terry McGuire has joined Calabasas-based Environmental Golf as western region manager of golf course maintenance. McGuire will now be responsible for golf course maintenance operations of all Environmental Golf facilities in the Western Unites States.

In this position, Hamilton will be responsible for overseeing the management of Voit Management Co.'s 1.5-million-square-foot Sacramento area portfolio, including all new business development in the region.

Prior to her promotion, Hamilton served Woodland Hills-based Voit as property manager and director of managing for the Metro Center.
