PEOPLE IN BUSINESS : NALLE PROMOTED TO PRESIDENT AT UNIVERSAL TV DIVISIONS.


Universal Studios recently announced the appointment of Ned Nalle to president of worldwide television production at Universal Networks and Worldwide Television Distribution Group.

In the newly created position, Nalle primarily will be responsible for domestic and international production, with a focus on the international side.

In addition, Nalle will serve as primary liasion with Universal's program buyers in the various international markets and the USA Networks Inc. production team.

WorldLink announces pair of appointments

WorldLink, the only sales representative organization specializing in infomercials and direct-response spot time, has announced the following appointments to its new WorldLink East and WorldLink International entities:

Brown picked to chair trade executive committee

The Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce recently announced that it has named Dennis R. Brown, the president and chief executive officer of Encino-based Pinkerton Security & Investigation Services, as Southern California's chairman of the World Trade Week Executive Committee for 1998.

Brown, past chairman of the 1997 World Trade Week Committee, was named Pinkerton's president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  in April 1994. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council World Affairs Council may refer to:

Lockton announces two personnel changes

Lockton Insurance Brokers, Inc., among the top commercial insurance brokerages in Los Angeles, recently made two personnel announcements.

Tony Litwinko, with over 17 years of experience in the commercial insurance and risk management industry, was recently named vice president in charge of some of the firm's large, international clients. He is a Glendale resident.

Alexis Subee, with approximately 17 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, was recently appointed account executive. Subee is co-founder and director of Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region,  Insurance Professionals. She is a Burbank resident.

Arden Realty Inc., a Beverly Hills-based real estate investment trust, recently announced the promotions of Robert Peddicord and Molly Hobin.

Peddicord was promoted to senior vice president of leasing, while Hobin was promoted to vice president of leasing.

Previously, Peddicord had served as managing director of the Westside office of Julien Studley, Inc., where he spent 11 years as a landlord and tenant broker.

Hobin joined Arden Realty in April 1997 as a senior leasing representative. Prior to joining Arden, she served as vice president with the West Los Angeles
