Dallas Black Dance Theater heads for the Harare International Festival of the Arts

The Festival of the Arts, or simply Festival is a three day arts festival in Grand Rapids held on the first Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of June.
 in Zimbabwe this month, thanks to a grant from the Fund for U.S. Artists at International Festivals and Exhibitions. Following the September 1999 grant cycle, DBDT received $20,000, the largest grant that the fund has yet awarded.
