PENTON UNIT LAUNCH "NETRONICS" AND "COMM" MAGAZINES.


Penton Media's Electronics Group has begun the publication of Netronics (San Jose San Jose, city, United States
San Jose (sănəzā`, săn hōzā`), city (1990 pop. 782,248), seat of Santa Clara co., W central Calif.; founded 1777, inc. 1850.
, CA) with an issue earlier this month. Also, the group said it will begin the publication of Comm (Hasbrouck Heights Hasbrouck Heights (hăz`brk), borough (1990 pop. 11,488), Bergen co., NE N.J., a residential suburb adjoining Hackensack; settled c.1685, inc. 1894. , NJ) magazine with a Fall 2001 issue.

Taglined "technology to empower next- generation network design," Netronics has a controlled circulation of 50,000 engineers and technical managers working in the networking and communications industries communications industry, broadly defined, the business of conveying information. It will be published six times a year beginning in 2002.
