Sale of PENTAR Avionics Test Systems Division Finalized on

February 22, 2002

PENTAR Avionics, a leading manufacturer of aircraft data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. PENTAR will maintain a sales and support office in the Kansas area in addition to its headquarters near Seattle, WA.
