 PENNSYLVANIA TO RELEASE ANNUAL REPORT ON RECYCLING THURSDAY
 Lt. Gov. Mark S. Singel and state General Services Secretary David L. Jannetta will release the 1992 Annual Report to the General Assembly on the Procurement of Recycled Products and Recycling Update during a press conference Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Capitol Rotunda, Harrisburg, Pa..
 The report, mandated by Act 101 of 1988, shows that Pennsylvania has exceeded all goals for the procurement of recycled products and collection of recycled materials in state government.
 Media coverage is encouraged.
