Sabrina, The Teenage Witch(TM): Spellbound, an animated CD-ROM game, is licensed through Viacom Consumer Products, the licensing division of Paramount Television. In the game, the player becomes Sabrina's best friend who must free her from a variety of spells that have gone hilariously wrong.

The game begins in Sabrina's room where she asks her wise and wise-cracking cat Salem to teach her a spell that will allow her to be together forever with her beloved Harvey. But Sabrina is distracted in mid-spell and accidentally says the wrong words. In an instant, the mischievous witch is trapped, spellbound -- and only the player can free her.

The player, as Sabrina's best friend, must explore Sabrina's home and school to collect the ingredients needed to cast a new spell and free Sabrina from her predicament. But these ingredients are "hidden" and the player must use Sabrina's "Magic Tools" to find and collect them. These "Magic Tools" can freeze time, create clones (never perfect, though!), switch personalities and more.

But one wrong move and...POOF!... off to the "Other Realm." Here the player spins the "Wheel of Misfortune" and must master one of the entertaining challenges in order to return to the game.

The CD-ROM consists of seven different wacky predicaments including "Sabrina the Teenage Fish," "Sabrina Trapped as Cupid" and "Sabrina in a Heart Locket." Each time Sabrina is successfully freed, the player earns her way towards her very own Honorary Witch's License.
