In the context of general equities, this eliminates all or part of a position by finding customers or other dealers to take the position.
 about 3,000 non-unionized workers, according to Mexican Energy Minister Felipe Calderon. The move will allow the company to trim its growing administrative costs. Calderon later quit his post.
