The process consists broadly of determining the current state of learner understanding, defining the end goal of  support for development and delivery of workforce development training programs to the AO.

The competitive award was made under PEC's Judiciary Multiple Award Service for Project Management, Planning and Acquisition Support contract. The task order, comprising a base year and three option years, is valued at $2,514,000, if all options are exercised.

PEC will assist the AO in developing instructor-led judiciary training programs for delivery on-site or through video or audio conferencing See audioconferencing. , delivering workshops, and exploring, validating, and implementing new instructor-led delivery techniques including those using web-based technologies.
