PEAVEY ACCEPTS VANGUARD AWARD AT BLUES FEST.

HARTLEY PEAVEY recently accepted the first-ever Vanguard Award at the Bluestock Festival in Memphis. The award was presented by Joe Hardy, the producer for ZZ Top.

"It is a great honor to have Hartley Peavey as our inaugural Vanguard Award winner," said Eli Ball, producer of the event. "His support for the blues and Bluestock has been integral to the development and success of both."

Hartley Peavey said, "I'm particularly fond of blues music, so this award is extra special to me."
