PEAK Entertainment Group Ltd. And Sunset Pictures Enter Strategic Alliance/Teaming Agreement.


DENVER -- PEAK Entertainment Group Ltd., Inc. (Pink Sheets: PEKG), an entertainment property development company, announced today that it has agreed to work in a strategic alliance/teaming relationship with Sunset Pictures to collaborate on developing specific film and soundtrack properties.

Commenting on this new relationship, Martin Guigui, President of Sunset Pictures says, "PEAK's approach to the entertainment industry is fresh, practical and smart. We are excited about the relationship that has evolved. I am thrilled about our partnership and look forward to the collaboration in bringing these and future projects to fruition."

The following properties have been identified for initial collaboration:

3. "LIVE TO RIDE"- Motion Picture. In final stages of production completion. PEAK intends to provide services in completing the film, producing the soundtrack and distribution for the film on DVD and the album on CD. Starring William Forsythe William Forsythe can be:

Other high profile, completed motion pictures and musical projects are being discussed with Sunset for DVD distribution and soundtrack rights. PEAK will also become involved with Sunset Pictures in their domestic and international production arm as they move forward in this relationship.
