PDE team is tapped for Hells Kitchen new build.

Faith Hope Consolo, chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, executive vice president, of Prudential Douglas Elliman's Retail Leasing and Sales Division, has been selected to market the retail space at 610 Tenth Avenue.

This new construction will be situated on Tenth Avenue and 44th Street in the revitalized Hell's Kitchen neighborhood and will feature 7,500 s/f of space on the ground floor, and another 2,900 s/f of lower level space. It also boasts 100 feet of frontage space on Tenth Avenue.
