It merged with Boeing in 1997 to form The Boeing Company. , Cypress Value: NA Nature of contract: PDA and McDonnell Douglas have signed a contract to co-develop integrated design, analysis and manufacturing technology to be made available in McDonnell Douglas M&E software products. The jointly developed products will be maintained and supported by McDonnell Douglas in conjunction with PDA. Duration: NA Note: PDA produces analysis software under the PATRAN brand name.
