PCI and FNIS form strategic relationship.

PCI CORPORATION, BOSTON, HAS ANNOUNCED a strategic relationship with FNIS[R] Empower, Sharon, Pennsylvania, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Solutions Inc. (FNIS), Santa Barbara, California. The relationship integrates PCi's Wiz Geocoder into FNIS/Empower's Empower! Mortgage Software solution.

The integration of Wiz Geocoder and Empower! enables lenders to qualify mortgage applicants for special loan programs at the point of sale, or at any other point in the origination process.

Previously, it was difficult to accurately and consistently qualify borrowers for such programs early in the process. Now, lenders using Empower! enhanced with the Wiz Geocoder will be able to qualify more applicants, place applicants in more appropriate loan programs and more easily attain internal and public lending goals, all while increasing compliance-related data quality, according to PCi.
