PCAOB Board Member Bill Gradison To Address Compliance Week's ``Compliance Solutions'' Conference.

Compliance Week, a 30,000-circulation newsletter on corporate governance and compliance issues, has announced that Bill Gradison, a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (or PCAOB) (sometimes called "Peekaboo") is a private-sector, non-profit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, a 2002 United States federal law, to oversee the auditors of public companies. , will deliver a keynote speech at its "Compliance Solutions" conference, a two-day symposium on "best practices" and practical recommendations for complying with the latest securities and governance regulations.

Mr. Gradison, a former nine-term United States Congressman from Ohio, was appointed to the PCAOB PCAOB Public Company Accounting Oversight Board  in October of 2002.
