The tenants in each of the transactions were represented by the PBS Realty team led by principal Robert Emden Jacob Robert Emden (March 4 1862–October 8 1940) was a Swiss astrophysicist and meteorologist. "The Plaza District remains the preferred address for high-end financial services firms including private equity, investment banking firms and hedge funds," stated Robert Emden, principal of PBS.

Tri-Artisan Partners, a private equity firm, is relocating its headquarters from 590 Madison to larger space at 110 East 59th Street, after signing a 13,000 s/f lease. The space, which was never put on the market by the landlord, achieved the highest price ever paid in the building. The asking price was in the high $80s psf. Landlord Jack Resnick & Sons, Inc. was represented in-house by Scott Resnick, president.

ATP Private Equity Partners has signed a 3,200 s/ f lease at 410 Park Avenue for its first U.S. office. Barry Zeller of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord Eastgate Realty.

Galileo Global Advisors will relocate its headquarters to 10 Rockefeller Plaza. Occupying 6,000 s/f of space, Galileo will more than double the size of its current headquarters at 1 Rockefeller Plaza. The landlord, Tishman Speyer Properties Tishman Speyer Properties is a leading real estate building and operating company set up in 1978 by two founding partners, Jerry Speyer and Robert Tishman. Overview , was represented in-house by Blythe Kinsler.

Hartmoor, LLC signed a lease for 5,600 s/f of space at 590 Madison Avenue for its new corporate headquarters. Asking rents in the building exceeded $100 per square foot. Jeffrey Sussman of Edward J. Minskoff Equities represented the landlord, State Teachers Retirement Systems of Ohio, in the transaction.

PBS Realty also represented developer fan Bruce Eichner, who has signed a lease for 3,200 s/f of at 590 Madison Avenue for his company 3700 Associates, LLC. Jeffrey Sussman of Edward J. Minskoff Equities represented the landlord. State Teachers Retirement Systems of Ohio.
