He is the news anchor for The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer on PBS.  told MarketWatch.com that he doesn't think the press leans on the side of Barack Obama. "There's an ebb and a flow to the news, and it will dictate how much news coverage there is going to be. The word 'bias' does not sit with me." Lehrer is a sensible man, and the fact that he doesn't see bias shows how down-by-the-drainpipe-deep in the tank the media are for Obama. At least the comedy shows are finally acknowledging it.
