As part of the announcement, PBS signed a lease for 6,800 SF for new corporate headquarters at 230 Park Ave. for Sept. 1, and plans to double its staff of senior level consultants by the end of 2003. PBS also announced that it would expand its operations independent of Insignia/ESG, which has provided PBS with its network of support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services during its first two years of operation. PBS Realty was founded in August 2001 by principals Laura Pomerantz, John Brod and Mort Schrader, who has more than 40 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, including a successful five-year tenure with Newmark and Company Real Estate, Inc. Each of the principals maintains extensive corporate and retail business experience, which is fundamental to PBS's business philosophy of leveraging its peer-to-peer relationship approach to strategic real estate services. |
