PBR Introduces the Chiller Total Drying System.

PBR Industries has introduced the Chiller Total Drying System for equipment with solvent vapor emission problems. According to the company, its system effects drying by recycling the inside solvent-laden atmosphere of the washing unit with an explosion-proof fan in a closed circuit. Under this process, solvent vapor is passed through an internal tank via suction/supply ducts and is then delivered to a condenser, where it is discharged and cooled. The entire process is then repeated. The company contends that each repeat process decreases the internal vapor in the washing unit and use of the Chiller Total Drying System will eliminate VOC emission.
