New York, NY, announces the company has changed its name to Prism
Business Media Inc. (www.prismb2b. com). The company was purchased from
PRIMEDIA by Wasserstein & Co, LP and co-investors last fall.
"The announcement of our new name represents the start of a
new era for our diverse media company, our customers and our
employees," said John French, president and CEO.
Its agricultural properties include Farm Industry News, Corn and
Soybean Digest, Hay and Forage Grower, Apply, the four Farm Press titles
(Delta, Southeast, Southwest and Western), Beef and National Hog Farmer.
