(1,502,000), Adults 18 - 49 (1,224,000), Women 25 - 54 (855,000) and Women 18 -
49 (661,000).

-- Among Adults 25 - 54, "Doc" outperformed the WB's 8:00-10:00 p.m. primetime
block (502,000 v. 423,000). In addition, "Doc" beat out the WB in households
(2,077,000 v. 2,021,000).

-- For the night, "Doc" more than doubled UPN 's "XFL" coverage among Women 25
- 54 and outperformed UPN in households, total viewers, Adults 25 - 54, Adults
18 - 49, and Women 18 - 49.
