PARTNERS TEAM TO AID KIDS GATEWAY TO HELP FAMILIES FIGHT INTERNET PREDATORS WITH COMPUTERIZED ID.Byline: Jason Kandel Staff Writer Hoping to protect young children against online predators An online predator is an Internet user who exploits vulnerable people for sexual or financial purposes. Children and the elderly are most often the victims of online predators. , Gateway computers and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children have teamed up with a program to teach parents how to create computer ID cards for kids. Responding to concerns from families who described uncomfortable experiences online, Gateway Country stores and the center will host the new KidSpot program today through Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week. at 200 Gateway stores nationwide. ``Gateway has a local presence in the community and we hope to get families to come out and take part in this event,'' said Pete Imig, the Woodland Hills Gateway Country store manager. ``It's it's 1. Workshops will also be held on how to print out the ID and e-mail the file.
