 PARALLEL TECHNOLOGIES RECEIVES NEW ORDERS; SUBSIDIARY TO EXHIBIT AT IMPRINTA '92 TRADE FAIR IN DUSSELDORF, GERMANY
 YONKERS, N.Y., Jan. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Parallel Technologies, Inc. (Electronic Bulletin Board: PLLK), reports that its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphex Imaging Systems, Inc. has received purchase orders for approximately $626,000 in new sales of its color electronic prepress systems. While Graphex has previously sold systems in Germany and Spain, these orders reflect its first U.S. sales. The customers are a major nationwide printer and a New York-based color separation shop.
 Graphex systems incorporate Parallel Technologies' advanced parallel processing computer hardware and software designs into integrated turnkey workstation systems used in the design and prepress phases of printing and publishing. Graphex delivers supercomputer performance at competitive workstation prices.
 Parallel also announced that Graphex will be making several significant new product announcements at the Imprinta '92 trade show in Dusseldorf, Germany from Feb. 19 through Feb. 25, 1992. Imprinta is a global show specifically for the prepress industry. It is held every four years and is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors, including major printers and publishers from Europe, Asia and North America.
