Hickam Air Force Base is a United States Air Force base located in the City and County of Honolulu on the island of O'ahu, Hawai'i.

This contract calls for RRC to provide communications support services at the Technical Control Facility, and Visual Information and Publication/Forms Management. Among the units supported by the 15th Communications Squadron at Hickam Air Force Base are the Commander Pacific Air Forces (PACAF PACAF Pacific Air Forces ).
