According to Rome Labs sources, this program enhances the Document Content Analysis and Retrieval System (DCARS DCARS Delta County Amateur Radio Society (Gladstone, Michigan) DCARS Digital Collection Analysis and Review System ), a concept-based information retrieval system that is currently being developed for the National Air Intelligence Center (NAIC NAIC See National Association of Investors Corporation (NAIC). ). PAR's INSIGHT and HAWKEYE software products augment DCARS by incorporating unique and complementary information processing technologies to accelerate the identification of information and convey critical information about the documents contents without users actually having to read the documents.
