The contract requires RRC to provide various research and development efforts focusing upon improved radar testbeds for current and future Air Force systems. Other Department of Defense systems may benefit from this work as well. The contract period of performance is three years.

The radar testbeds developed under this contract will provide needed leverage during the development cycle."
